Is there really a service in Yahoo

Not sure it is the right place to post, if not sorry...

My Yahoo mailbox is not working properly. Full of javascript error and the button send do not work, so I can't even send messages. I have reported the error two weeks, got an automatic reply, send again a message (from another box), and nothing has been done yet, not even a reply.

Could I expect something to be done by Yahoo or should I just move to Gmail?

Thx

A few things to consider:

Do you have spyware/adware on your computer (try adaware / s&d bot)?

Is your browser hopelessly out of date?

Have you been installing software which limits features of your browser?

(What browser do you use?)

Thx Vince,

For browsing Yahoo, I use IE+6. Do not have spyware.
Never had problem the last three years, the problem occur the day they moved to 1Go and added few new features.

Anyway, I have send them an email again today informing them that I may not be the only one to have such problem and begging them to reply.
