If anybody relocated from singapoer to usa , can you please give the pros and corns of both the place. And also monetary savings and monthly expense for a family at los angeles. Information given by you will help us to start our life at USA.

I've lived in both places.
You will need at least one car, probably two, but they are cheap. Most other things are roughly the same prices. Security is more a concern here. Society is much more open. People (can be) much more friendly but don't assume everyone is your friend because of it -- people are just that much more outgoing when they talk.
As for LA, I couldn't say. In other cities, at a professional salary you'd expect to be able to rent/buy a house in a suburb for the family and expect a long commute in and out every day.
One thing :: it is NOT like most TV shows. America is definitely the wealthiest large country on earth, but only a few are as rich as you'd see on "average" American TV show.
