Okay...

If you live in Wellington, it started this (Friday)morning at 5:00am Seattle time. That would be the first Saturday time zone.

Then again, wouldn't be in the Saturday time zone of the person that starts the Gizmo game? So theoretically the Gizmo game could be drawn out over 2 days?.

That's a start time of 5:00am Seattle time, on Saturday, not Friday. A bit early for the western US, but gives our European visitors a better time frame that they might be used to. And it fits my schedule -- up all night, sleep all day.
