Hello guys,

What to you think about future of online job market in the USA. I mean with all that downsizing would be a real need for Internet Marketing Managers, SEOs, e-branders, traffic generators, etc. Is this market of great possibilities or is would be better to think about off-line options.

I am not living in USA but plan to relocate to work as an Internet Marketing Manager.
What kind of salaries is REAL in your situation?

Thank you in advance.

The last time I checked at Monster (about a year ago) the SEO/internet marketing job market looked pretty dang good. And hey, welcome to the US!

As an Internet Marketing Professional working for a good sized company I would suggest you stay away. I mean if they find someone better than me for cheaper I could be out of a job! It will be hard for them to find someone willing to work for less than peanuts though . . .

Mona, monkeythumpa thank you very much for your inputs.
So your point that it is better to work for a small company or for yourself? Ok, but I suppose there are many things outside seo techniques. There are: branding, affiliates, marketing, ads, CRM, etc that is VERY big volume of work. And this is requared VERY professional attitude. Don't you think. You can also be a team lead or web producer. So if you are working in a such position how much you can get? 40K, 60K?
Thank you.
PS I've browsed monster but I like to hear some real examples and thoughts about perspectives.

Hi,

Don't know how much SEOs get paid. Put sure get a lot of calls from them. Maybe the job to have is selling the services of an seo company...

good luck!
