Yeah, good question. I haven't seen him around in a few.

I doubt he's in the iditaraod... Most of his races were in the lower 48, except for the one in Russia, and last time I asked, he said the iditarod wasn't on his agenda at the time.

If you'd like a unique perspective of the iditarod, there's a guy named "Bob Jones" (Pretty unique name), that does it every year on a snomobile. He follows the sleds with thousands of dollars in camera equipment, and documents every part of it he can. He gets BEAUTIFUL photographs of the dogs, landscape, etc. every year. He lives here in the town where I work. When his story is published this year I will post the link to the sory and the photos he gets of the event.
