Fraudsters hit an all time low with a new variation of the classic 419 email scam!

I had an email in just about an hour ago. I anticipate that I'm not alone in having received one of these, but this really takes the biscuit!

Rather than the usual "I am the wife of blah blah blah, who died in an air crash recently, and need your assistance in accessing my late husbands millions... for which we will give you a hefty cut...", this new one purports to be from a Sri Lankan survivor of the Tsunami disaster!

There is even a link (broken) so that you can 'confirm' that the sender is who she says she is. The email concludes with "Kindly assist me to forget the loss of my entire family."

How despicably low can you get? Disgusting.

I had a cancer victim who wanted me to help give his fortune to tsunami appeals (and who couldn't trust his family to help).
