Hi

I've accumulated a huge amount of e-mails over the holidays when i've been on a holiday from the web.

I need to reply to each customer, just to say we will get back to them, and we are sorry we havn't replied, but it has been the holidays.

Is there anyway I can select all in outlook express and reply to them all? I just wish to give them peace of mind.

Cheers all,

Jon

Do you mean you want to select a group of messages in your inbox, click reply, and send one message to each of them?

You can't exactly do that, but you could copy all of the messages you want to reply to into a certain folder, then create a rule to reply to those messages with a specific message.

You can make sure that they're all in your address book then go into your address book, multi-select those email addresses you want to send an email to, click on the Action button and finally drop down and click Send Mail
