What was that software?

I've just changed machines and find myself yearning for a little piece of software I used to have, but I can't remember its name.

It added a groovy little stick-pin icon to the top right of all your windows that meant you could any window stay at the front of all windows.

I seem to remember it also added a little heart that gave you shortcuts to favourite folders from every window too...

Does anyone know what it was?
