After working before computer for more than one year, i found myself having a problem, I can't help checking emails every several hours. When I see no incoming email enquries,I feel sad. Do you have the same problem?

I have approx. 25 email addresses that I check every 10 minutes if I am at my computer. There has never been a time when I got zero emails.

I only have about 5 emails that I check, but I do check them every 5 mins (automatically) while I'm at work... *itch*itch*

You're not really hooked unless you carry a handheld so you can always get e-mail. They don't call them "Crackberries" for nothing...

I used to have the same problem. Then I got another job where they actually gave me stuff to do, and expected me to work. Now I am too busy to check emails.

Well, I usually get my 'work' assigned via email... So if they started giving me enough work, I'd still NEED to check my email, but it might cut into my forum habit. ;)
