Whilst I'm familiar with guinea pig as being a Peruvian delicacy - I don't think I've yet seen it stocked in my local supermarket. Not sure how well it would sell...

I used to keep guinea pigs when I was kid they are lovely lil critters and not deserving of ending up on anyones plate.

....Unless you can get 'em in a spicy sauce. Yum.
