Heh - didn't say that word ONCE! I know, I'm being a right (erm - can't post that I guess).... but really, I'd LOVE to have only 8 pounds to lose. I gained 25 pounds over the last two years (lunch/junk food every work day), and now my chol is up some too.... back to "real food" and walking/riding while the weather's good, then nordic track over the winter *sigh*
I absolutely HAVE TO HAVE this weight down before I hit 60 - which is NOT that far off, y'know?
