Cost of living in USA

Hi guys,
I would like to hear from you about price in USA on rent, meal, clothes. I am from Eastern Europe, planning to relocate.
So no matter what is your region. Any numbers will be appreciated.

Some numbers of living where you are and New York:

Rent 2 bedrooms: Odessa - $250. NY - $1300
Food (1 person for a month): OD - $100. NY - $500
Riding on a bus: OD - $0.30. NY - $2.00
Dining in a restaurant with a girl: OD - $10-30. NY - $100 &UPUPUPUP

Oh yeah, I forgot parking tickets............... $105 for leaving your car on the wrong side of the road, when there's cleaning.

And forget about giving a cop $2 when he pulls you over for speeding =)
