Boy, you know we are in a destitute era when you have to get your cell phone company to do what any good friend should do.

The rescue-call service is part of a Cingular package that costs $5 a month. Virgin Mobile offers its Rescue Ring at 25 cents per use, plus the price of the call.

Hahaha... Well, I guess if all of your friends are "unplugged" for the evening, you are kind of screwed... until NOW! Haha... Can't wait to see the commercial wars for THIS service!

Can't wait until they bring this to Australia - perhaps I should suggest it to my local Sensis rep ;-)

Sheesh. So now instead of just having my phone off by default, I have to have the battery OUT to keep someone from bothering me? *laughing* Okay. I can do that too.

They need to team up with MasterCard because that IS Priceless!

Carwash and new music for the date: $45
Bottle of wine before dinner: $75
Getting that perfectly timed phone call when your trying to escape the date gone bad?

You are going to blow 75 bucks on a bottle of wine for a date you don't want?

Maybe I was trying to drink the date away before that magical phone call.

Oh my gosh,

Well, I have to be a tad partial to my design.
I still think the time old "call" is so obvious and the "date" is going to know what is up. <snip> has 21 tracks of get out of date tricks! LOL
