Anyone seen this?

checking for allinurl here is what I got today....

In owdew to show you de most wewevant wesuwts, we have ommitted some entwies vewy simiwaw to de 2 awweady dispwayed.
If you wike, you can wepeat de seawch with de ommitted wesuwts incwuded.

and the footer says:

Seawch within wesuwts ¦ Wanguage Toows ¦ Seawch Tips, uh-hah-hah-hah

Any ideas?

Found the reason.

Earlier on I accidentally switched to google in Arabic.

Couldn't read a thing, so I changed it back to the first language which was readable..... just to realize later on that it read like English but ..... not exactly.
