You could always go for "Matrix A" or something like that - might depend on what your business name is.

InterWeb. *business-name*Haven. Face2Face (assuming a visual component for net-meeting sorts of stuff). FastForward or Back (again depending on your business name and/or niche). TalkShop.

Don't know if any of this is of ANY value whatsoever. I could do this all night, y'know....

What about the area is unique? Name it after the state bird, tree, major highway, or a historic figure. Brand the intranet with that image and concept to make it unique and interesting.
