OK, I like to think I am pretty secure, but somethng has happend twice over the last two weeks to wake me up. Whilst listening to music for no reason that I can see, a lout door shutting sound has come over the top of my music.

I feel I have a clean machine, running two firewals etc.

Got any suggestions.

Cheers

Sometimes strage sounds come from sources other than your PC speakers...
Did you check if your girlfriend/wife/family is still living with you? ;)

I am liking the sound of that. Will investigate.

GF still lives with me :) I taught her not to slam doors.

The sound of the door closing sounds as if you have Yahoo messenger installed?

The door closing generaly tells you someone on your frieds list has gone offline.
