In my experience, past about the age of 50 time seems to slow to a considerable crawl. I wonder if it has anything to do with the gravity around my belt.
grandpa, if you do need a 700 M $ satellite to measure the gravity around your belt, I think I have your answer. :)
The $700 million probe, 41 years in development, is the oldest project the space agency has on its books.
I wonder about the original shedule... and budget.
