Two hotmail accounts

Can you have 2 hotmail accounts? I use msn messenger, one for incognito conversations and I want to use another with my name on it.

Is this possible?

you can have as many as you need - although I would recommned you get a Y! account - larger free mailbox - just put a in different alias.

How would they know how many accounts you had?

I've used hotmail on several occasions for temporary purposes, and I always give random answers to the questions on the registration page.
