Do you folks have any you use during the day that you find particularly useful?
Internet Explorer
------------------
alt-a - brings up my favorite's and I can type the first letter of the next favorite. So the two keystroke command would be:
- [alt-a,g]oogle
- [alt-a,y]ahoo
- [alt-a,w]ebmasterworld
- webmaster world [alt-a,s]upporters forum
I have long used the alt-tab to switch windows, and alt-F* keys like alt-F4 to close a window, but two letter combinations are just as fast because my hand doesn't have to move from the keyboard.
Alt-d is another useful single key shortcut which highlights the address bar for typing in a URL.
Additionally, I found that I can drop shortcuts into the favorites for other programs I use a lot like notepad, calculator, html editors, etc. You can rename the first letter in favorites if there are duplicates.
