a special fx unit like a snow maker, fog machine, bubble blower, mount-o-foam unit?

I'll take a guess at a fog cooler, designed to cooler the fog from a fog machine to a lower tempterature, so it will tend to cling to the ground and not dissapate?
Those are like fog machines, but only use a much smaller particle size, so they are practically invisible/ But lightFX such as lasers really become visible.
Where's everyone? -pj

I'm here. My voice is still a bit scratchy from PubCon so I'm trying to be quiet.

Thanks for being gracious Jordan. Like I said, you were all over that one.
Ok I'll give it shot. Sounds like fun hunting for a unique gizmo ;-)

no prob . I never got to play with any comercial equipment, but light-show type stuff has always been a hobby of mine. You can build a nice fogger out of a pump from an old expresso machine and the heating coils from a clothes iron, btw. ;)
