outlook express

forwarded mails, need to import

I have a bunch of emails that I forwarded to myself from another computer into a folder. Now I just need to somehow put those messages into my oe.
Anyone have any ideas?

Open outlook and click on file, import, messages, and follow the onscreen instructions using the path to the folder where the emails are stored

Thanks for the reply. I have tried that, but the emails have the extension of .eml and there isn't anything like that for Outlook.

Any other ideas?
