I saw a commercial last night for Pepsi's new free downloaded music campaign. The girl in the commercial says "I was one of the kids prosecuted for dowloading music off the internet". That caught my attention because I thought that no one has yet been prosecuted in the US. I thought they were still in the sepeona stage. Am I mistaken? Has there been prosecutions in the US?
