I'm on my way out - a date with my hubby sans kiddos - an offer too good pass up.
Waynet, is it a craft punch like for scrap booking? Or is it an embosser of some type?

And what it cuts off is plastic?

Yes, at least I believe it is made out of plastic.
10:52 pm on Jan 31, 2004 (gmt 0)
