[wisinfo.com...]

Cable TV made a West Bend man addicted to TV, caused his wife to be overweight and his kids to be lazy, he says.

And he’s threatening to sue the cable company.

Un-frekkin-believable. LOL - Maybe I should blame WebmasterWorld for my love of beer. ;-)

Charter employees called police to the local office at 165 Knight’s Way the evening of Dec. 23 after Dumouchel showed up with a small claims complaint, reportedly intimidated an employee and made “low-level threats” to employees’ safety, according to a police report.

The report states Dumouchel gave an employee five minutes to get a supervisor to talk to him or their next contact would be “in the ocean with the sharks.”

Hahaha - awesome!

I noticed that he hadn't made repeated calls for the cable company to fix his two year free cable situation while he supposedly watched his family go down the toilet b/c of it.

So they should give him the money, then charge him for the three years of Cable TV that he illegally watche, plus take him to courst for said theft :).

Let's face it he isnt going to win a case when he is asking for damages to be paid for in computers and free Internet so he can sit infront f the PC each day and get fatter.

And people laughed at me 10 years ago when I said that there would be lawsuits against McDonalds and Sky Tv for making people fat. Gees, even I though I was taking the warm yellow stuff back then.

He should have watched some of the exercise shows on his free cable.

He should look at the tae-bo classes on TV every morning.

It's a simple case of people not wanting to take personal responsibility for their actions. No one forced him to hook the TV back up and turn it on. And couldn't the internet be considered just as addicting? Not too mention he wants three computers... $5 says he still ends up sitting around the house listening to his arteries clog.
