You members helped me so much times in the past ...
It'd be a shame if i wouldn't request your help in this case too!
Please help again! Thanks!
As I went through those years with her she definitely taught me that attitude is all important. Since none of us have any guarantees on length of life, it is best to make the most of the present, at all times.
I have always loved what my father often said. "I want to give people their flowers while they are alive to enjoy them, not wait until they are gone!" So make the most of the present and hopefully you will be able to have many many more "present moments" with your mother. My prayers are with you.

The mother of a friend of mine in college had breast cancer, and she decided she was going to fight it with everything she had. She shaved her head and got a funky wig. After it was all over, and she was recovered and healed and stronger than ever, she gave the wig to a drag-queen friend, much to his pleasure.
I like the idea of the hats. You seem to be approaching this with the right attitude, anyway!
So, best of luck.
I won't post further updates since i don't want to make you sad. Foo is Foo and Foo is Fun. So this is not the best topic for Foo.
However, a huge Thank You all for your amazing comments and very helpfull and warm words! I'll post the results in a few months - whether they'll be good or bad.
Thanks friends!
One important wish though:
Please do NOT send me any more sticky mails about possible treatments, curing drugs or alternative medicine! Furthermore i don not want to receive any more studies, tests, concepts or anything else that might confuse and mislead me more than i already am!
I truly thank those who sent me stickies as i'm sure they did this with the best motives in mind. But please accept my wish to not receive such stickies again.
Thanks!
