What is this toolbar? How did it get there?

And should I be concerned?

I open up ie all day long, and all of a sudden I've got this bar down the bottom of my browser: http*//www.boodizm.net/images/what.jpg

It seems to be a legitimate microsoft thing, but I never installed it or enabled it, just came up out of nowhere. What's it all about? Anyone else seen/use it?

TheDave,
That is your discussion bar. I have never ever used or seen it used before. I suppose if there's a website that has discussions enabled, you can talk to other people about that website *I think*.

LOL, just hit the little help icon in the top right or middle (however you see it) and got this:
The Web Discussions feature enables users to attach comments to a Web page or any document that can be opened with a browser (such as .xls, .doc, .ppt, .gif files, and so on) so that the comments appear with the document but are stored on a discussion server.

TheDave,
It should be in your standard buttons bar... the icon looks like a notepad with the lower right corner folded up. On my IE it's yellowish-gold.

Got it, Thanks :) That's how it appeared so suddenly, only one accidental click away
