How do I bypass the password login required in WinXP?

You can’t because you are logging into the MS net so they can spy on you ;-)

(just kidding, your not really logging into the MS net. Just so everyone knows I am not serious, some admins around here seem to take some things too seriously IMHO)

I've tried as suggested in the post but cant boot in CDROM.

First my login requires prompt which is set in the motherboard bios. That I can remember, but after that it automatically boots into the login screen which password i cant remember.
I stuff the original OEM winxp cd into it.

Depends what your intentions are I think. I had a nightmare with mine once. Was able to get in via safe mode. You cant do much in safe mode but I got in.

Yes I can go in via safe mode too, inside there can i change the password?
