Heading out to buy my tickets now! All three movies in a row is going to be heaven. Besides, the first 2 will be the extended versions! Starting at 2pm on Dec. 16th and ending...when? :) I love LOTR! :) Best dang movies out there....anyone else going?

Dave.

If my local theater is doing this I would go for sure. Two Towers extended is a much better film than the original cut, awesome dvd, would be cool to see it on the big screen.

Heck, as far as I'm concerned this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see all three on the big screen! :)

I thought it was sold out everywhere.. at least by now! :o

The tickets have been out since Oct 9th.
You'll still be able to get tickets for the individual movies later, but the Trilogy Tuesday is probably out of luck...

I watched twin towers (original cut) on video last weekend. I needed to refresh my memory in preparation for the 3rd part. It is such an awesome story and film. Isn't that Gollum creature worth an Oscar? Well, it's T minus now and still counting...

I'm in Edmonton, Canada...tickets went for sale a couple weeks ago (didn't see any advertisements though!). Called yesterday and the lady said there were some tickets left...woohoo! :)

I'm in Cleveland. My hubby and I bought ours a month ago. Almost the same deal. Dec. 16 1pm. Extended versions with half hour intermissions between movies. Tickets sold out that day, I believe. The guy who was first in line had waited 8 hours to be the first one to buy tickets.
