California is not a valid state in US - Per Google

Adsense requires us to provide a tax ID, and on the form I typed "California" in the address field and my submission was rejected. Reason: "California is not a valid state in the US".

I'd like to live in a valid state in the US. Any suggestions as to where I should move?

You could move to Nevada, as Google accepted my submission of info. You'll still feel like you're in California, as most of us are native Californians anyway. :)

Perhaps they are just avoiding paying taxes?
Instead of incorporating on a Caribbean island, then simply refuse to acknowledge that CA is part of the USA any longer.

Try this Kalifornie. If that dont work try The Republik of Kalifornia.
