The Matrix is upon us!

Im hoping someone here will be as excited as i am about the latest Matrix installment coming out very soon.

Last time there were hundreds as excited as me, but no-one seems bothered this time :(

Anybody ready to burst because the wait is too much?

Worse than Godfather Part 3. Very boring. Very disappointing. Don't make excuses why other people don't like the movie (claiming they didn't "get it"). I didn't even have high expectations and it didn't meet them. Awful.

The purpose of Revolutions: End the trilogy. It was a good movie, not overwhelming but worth to see.
A comparison of the movies in the trilogy makes Revolution mediocre, not as good as the first one but better than the second one.

I was amazed walking out and getting such a different message than the others I saw it with. I am a super movie buff so all the allusions to other movies really added to it. I think if I didn't really see all of the cross overs(like not seeing the literary allusions in the first) it would have been hard to understand the intent of the film.

The end had such a powerful statement about the viewer. I am amazed at the response to the ending it really says a lot about our culture. It really makes the point about humans and machines.

I enjoyed this movie. I must say however, had I not played the video game "Enter the Matrix" and watched the "Animatrix" I would not have understood much of what was happening, and who the characters really were. Had I not viewed and played the filler modules, I think I would have thought the 3rd movie sucked too.

Saw Revolutions this weekend, and I didn't like it. The first 30-45 minutes were outstanding, and then the rest of it was brutal. Yes, too many new characters intoduced. Poor, poor dialogue inside a loooong, drawn out (won't give plot away) scene. It was like a bad Star Wars movie for an hour.

The only fortunate thing is that did not, and will not, ruin the first two movies for me. Because after the first 30-45 minutes, it really didn't seem like the Matrix that I know and love, therefore it wasn't. Because I choose to ignore it:)

Overly long action scenes, lack of plot, too many characters, excessive use of CGI, poor cheesy dialogue.

Wow, I've just summed up the Lord of the Rings films :P

Matrix Revolutions is just plain pants.

I gave it 2/10 and understood it to the letter. But the whole thing was just wooden.
