TV out Graphics card

non modulated - pal based AV

Any idea's on manufacturers of video cards for PC's that are non-modulated, and give a pal AV output, as my normal suppliers would be blown away by the question.

Criteria: nothing extravagent. 32mb is fine, its for a security system for a friend.

I'm confused. What are you trying to do? Output your computer to your PAL TV or get a PAL signal from a video CAPTURE card?

Video Card with TV out so i can monitor the cameras around the house on TV as well as PC
nothing flashy as long as it as TV out ( AV would be better rather then Modulated output ).
