Stored Value Internet Cards in the UK

I shall soon be travelling to the UK and need to know if there are any Stored Value Internet Cards available.

Basically these are cards that give you a password, username and X number of minutes with a dial up number to access.

Does anyone know please where I can buy these in the UK?

In the UK you can make money simply by having users dial a certain type of "local rate" telephone number.

Therefore, there are a number of "free" ISP's that do not require registration. The only requirement is that your line presents CLI (calling line identification).
