Checking a site that I found in my stats log I saw this : "also patents pending colour1 & colour2 are trademark colors of..."
I would suggest that before this patent is granted we all chip together and patent the rainbow then all web sites will be in black and white except ours ;o)
colour1 and 2 are actual colour names in above line
