A jeweler could use it, but so could any one else. It was not designed for the jeweler/jewelry making industry.

Actually none of these. Well maybe a mix of technical/cosmetic. Somewhat medical. You do not need to be a doctor or a paramedic to use.

Loking tweezers...somewhat...but they are designed for a specific purpose. The title of this gizmo does not have "tweezer" in it.

Think of some of the different tasks tweezers are used for.

I think they are used for squeezing spots :)

Place the jaw end over the spot, hold it at the loop and draw the black part down to squeze all the poison out :)
