Hummm, this is good news for me. I wonder when it will take place. They say they will not raise the price either.

Hopefully they will increase my upload speed as well.

First they need to provision more DNS servers (ones that actually work would be nice too) in their most heavily trafficked areas - I haven't used a Comcast DNS server for months, the Greater Philly area is inaccessible on them from 8-11PM EST.
