Our email went dodgy yesterday - had about an hour or two lag on recieving emails.

IT manager (term used loosely): Email isnt working.
Me: I know.
IM: Well I need to send emails....
Me: Itll no doubt be fixed soon.
IM: Can you phone the hosts?
Me: Why? It's not going to speed things up. Itll just be one of many calls they get. Why not just let them fix the problem?
IM: Maybe we should move host - the websites went down for a couple of hours a couple of months ago...
Me: Yes, I picked the only host in the world that has technical problems - lets find another.... :/
Admin_****: My email isnt working.
Me: I know.
AB: Can you call the hosts?

......rinse....repeat for all of yesterday....that was my day.
