To paraphrase Rogers & Hammerstein:

Oh what an awful morning
Oh what a awful day
I've got an awful feeling
Nothing's going my way

I am at home with a bad back.
The perl program I am writing for a tutorial is doing strange things.
Switched browsers from IE6 to NN7.1 yesterday (security concerns) and discovered that my sites have a problem with NN7.1 (or vice versa).
And now I am trying to write a stoopid two-liner in perl and it refuses to work.

It is immoral and illegal to have a stiff drink at 1 PM, but guess what?

Actually, now that I have written this, I already feel much better, thanks for listening :)

That's your problem. Everybody knows that perl is good for one liners, not two-liners. Delete the \n character and everything should run fine :)

Hey I'm sure it's 5:00 somewhere on the internet.

What's your two-liner?
