Google now does sums [google.co.uk]? It's a new one on me - but I've been in hiding recently so perhaps it's old news.

And if anyone wanted (needed?) to work out what 5 hectares multiplied by 2 hectares works out as, it's nice to see Google can accomodate [google.co.uk].

I tried:

and it told me straight-away!

it knows how many ounces there are in a 750ml container but it doesn't know how many jiggers... a jigger is 1.5 shots... a shot is one ounce... most shot glasses are actually jigger glasses ;)

It doesn't seem as promising as initially thought - I asked how much money my girlfriend was going to spend on useless items when she goes shopping today and it didn't know. :(

Probably not so much a case of it didn't know; more like it only works up to 32 bits.
