I don't think you could have written a worse title than that, my guess is that it will be edited very short (After lawyers from Google have been on the phone) (Since i asume when they talk about "Google" in the title, they are referencing to Search)

Yup, read that earlier today and thought, oh my, another example of journalism at it's best.
No relation to Google whatsoever.
