Ok, I havn't signed any papers yet, but I am leaving for Denmark tomorrow to see the house and do the deal. Unless I will buy the house unless there is some ugly surprise. The agent was very nice on the phone.

Nice size house. Have you been on Fur before? It is very nice there in the summer (usually first week in July :) ). I made the move the other way, from Denmark to Florida. I got enought cold weather, rain and snow. I do enjoy to get back about two weeks per year to visit friends and family though. Good luck and don't forget to post a picture of you ice skating on the swimming pool :)

Yes, I am am that guy. No, I will not install any security features in my new home. There will be no need for it. I am moving away from all the noice, smog, crime and unpleasant people.
