I once installed an app on my Android phone, then deleted it some time after. Unfortunately, Google Search still thinks I have it installed, and now every time the site pops up in search results, all of those site's results still link to the site's app (with a tag "X app - Installed"). Since I don't have that anymore, it always takes me to the Play Store where I can re-install the app... but I don't want to.
A terrible user experience, and I've let them know, but does anybody by chance know how to turn this off?
