Just thought id share this commical moment with you lot.

I decided this morning to travel back in time and re-vsisit my old qbasic days. So i dug out some really old disks ive still got from school. Looked on them in hope id find a couple of old proggies that i had written.

To my delight i found loads and loads :) after spending about 20 mins jumping around thinking to myself how wonderful this was. I decide to have a play with with them.

So anyway i had a quick peek on the net for a download or two for qbasic add-ons, compilers and games etc. Found loads of stuff. Joy :)

But the thing that made me laugh was this:
"...File size is 1,137K which may take a
while to download... " - lol!

Ahh the good old days. :)

I love the never ending excitement of switching between VB, VBA, VB Script and all their other cousins.
And I have to say I miss Word BASIC, GW BASIC and all the other F--ing BASICs which I wish had never been invented.

In fact we should have BASIC forum here WW... or maybe not, but we could be BASIC buddies ;)
