... but I concede it is possible that I was typing so excitedly my fingers literally danced right over those keys.

Either that or I spilt root beer on my keyboard and the keys are stuck and don't work properly anymore.

You probably did. These Forums tend to eat multiple punctuation, though you can fake them out in various ways.
