I do a monthly newsletter to an email distribution list. (mailchimp) A different subject each time.

They are intended to be a bit punchy, I don''t want to waste anyone's time.

Would you also add them as web content?

I could then add that line "email not displaying correctly - view it in your browser!"

You mean you don't already.

:)

Nope, I considered it a different message, intended wholly for email.

Thinking about where on the website I would put it, I already have a fairly tight structure.

hehe, yup, it's commonplace to see that offering nowadays. Personally, I rarely click through to it, but, occasionally, when it's a business

You don't need to put the email newsletters in an accessible place from a user or search engine point of view on your menu, but, as long as it reflects your site and users can move the the main site.

Aha engine yes I could make them orphans but with normal site headers footers and menus.

I do want to add a sign up for a newsletter, even though I hardly ever sign up to such things myself. That would probably not be an orphan though.
