It seems logical for Amazon to acquire and "old school" studios, to compete with the catalogs of Disney+, HBO Max (Warner bros's catalog), etc...

With this purchase Jeff Bezos will own all the outtakes from The Apprentice. That said, 5 years ago their release might have made a difference. Now I doubt they will.
