Many of us know or know of Ammon Johns aka Black_Knight, one of the best minds in SEO and web marketing.

There are few who do low key British (as opposed to over the top eg Benny Hill) humour better:

There is a part of me that deeply rejoices when I see people get out of deeply abusive relationships, and leave those toxic #*$!s firmly in the past.

But for anyone who still has a cat, there is still hope.

To which I can only add:
In ancient times cats were worshipped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

...

If cats looked like frogs we'd realize what nasty, cruel little #*$!s they are. Style. That's what people remember.

Schroedinger's cat is dead and not-dead at once. There is no optionality, it is merely a description of state, or more rigorously, a lack of state. Is this what is bothering you? Or is it that Schroedinger chose a cat instead of a frog for his thought experiment?

Schroedinger's cat is dead and not-dead at once. There is no optionality, it is merely a description of state, or more rigorously, a lack of state.

Simply a comment that state, where cats are involved, is not binary. :)

Further...

Quantum superposition: two (or more) quantum states can be added together (superposed) with the result being another valid quantum state.

So...

Potential dead cat + potential live cat = potential furious cat.

The character Q in Star Trek is

an extra-dimensional being of unknown origin who possesses immeasurable power over time, space, the laws of physics, and reality itself, being capable of altering it to his whim. Despite his vast knowledge and experience spanning untold eons (and much to the exasperation of the object(s) of his obsession), he is not above practical jokes for his own personal amusement, for a Machiavellian and manipulative purpose, or to prove a point.

Ipso facto
a Felis Catus.
