PA is deeply Democrat at the leadership level so it's no surprise a PA judge did the opposite of what the Republican president wanted. I say that because the average TikTok user has literally zero legal experience so I highly doubt tiktok users did this on their own.

in my reading it very clearly described the tiktok creators as "plaintiffs" and made no statement about their legal representation in court.
