Oddly enough, I think I know what they're trying to say: If you cannot download content (for example, you’re on a public machine at the library, or your elderly smartphone is full up), you can email and ask for a physical copy. But it cannot be said that the wording is very well thought-out.

That was my second thought after I stopped roflmao. Yes, it is on a web page. Given my initial reaction, though, I thought it an appropriate foo funny.
