Warning, rant ahead.
We knew this was coming, Office 365 to Become Microsoft 365 Personal and Family [webmasterworld.com]

I went to go an use Powerpoint and Onenote in the usual way and now, thanks to the latest update from Windows 10, it decided I couldn't open the files as it was unregistered, and I needed to sign in (btw, I was already signed in).
So, I continued to sign in.
Next, it wants to install Microsoft 365.
I go away and make a cup of tea. Guess what, it's still installing.
Over an hour of hoop jumping, and not recognising my Onenote start file i've been using for years, it's installed. But, oh nooooooo, it now looks completely different. I now have a new menu to learn. :/

Microsoft has just ruined my productivity for today.

</rant>

Unfortunately, it has to be Microsoft because of total compatibility with others.
I have found incompatibility, deliberate, or otherwise, which just makes it more than difficult to use the convertors.
