Alibaba's Founder, Jack Ma, Steps Down

Alibaba's Chairman and Founder, Jack ma, is stepping down from the company he founded in 1999.

His replacement is Daniel Zhang, currently Alibaba's chief executive.

I wonder how the company will do after this change. I'm sure they've been working on this for some time.

In a way it sounds like the change apple went through when Steve Jobs left / died, going from a charismatic leader to more of a manager.
